Thank you All so much for all your advice with Sophie and Khaleesi. Also for giving me such great support when i was at the vet with Sophie yesterday. In my fit to share what sophie was going though i deleted my forgeing toy photos lol so i will try and fix that up. 
Shophie is feeling ok this morning and woke up at her normal 6:45 am yelling for her breakfast. Little Khaleesi has never stopped eating and may explode soon LOL ( i kid u not on that one )
