How do I turn on smilies? And my signature?

There is a failsafe in this forum that keeps us pretty much "spam free" .. all images, font changes, will take place in the next few days ... I will ask our Admin to update your user name and that should take care of it ... as soon as you are updated you will have full functions to all aspects of the forum.
