Hi Guys! I just got two blue fronted amazons both between 6 and 10 years old. They talk and sing, whistle and make outstanding sound effects. I was looking into breeding them. Although I bought them from the same person, they were not sure the sex of the two birds. I kept them in separate cages but right next to each other for the first few days and then since they seemed to be extremely interested in each other, I put them together. They have been together for 2 days now with no issues. One of them is significantly larger than the other one which leads me to believe that I have a male and a female. My boyfriend and I both breed canaries and cockatiels but have never done anything this size. We do have an aviary big enough for them to have space. If they were two males or two females, would they get along the way they do now? What about the size difference? Also could you give me some information about breeding them? Thanks so much guys!
