Hello You have to upload the pictures somewhere on the Internet, for example here: Postimage.org - free image hosting / image upload

Then use the LINK that is provided like you did in your post (

You can upload images directly into the forum using the attach button

in the advanced menus... and you can even create your own Album on the forum or upload into the Gallery.

Likewise, as mentioned, you can use photo hosting websites such as Photobucket, Flickr, Picasso, etc then direct link to the images here.
