I was sitting on my bed minding my own business and he flew over and bit me on my neck. Not enough to bleed but definitely enough to hurt. I have no clue why. He spent last night sleeping in my leg. Maybe hes tired because he got woke up every time I rolled over.

I wake up to roll over so its not as dangerous for him to sleep with me but I dont make a habit of it.

So I looked at him and he flew over and bit my hand. Any ideas why hes being bitey today other than mine?

I don't know why he could be cranky today, but as Wendy said, Grace, PLEASE don't sleep with birds on your body! I have heard of an accident from that situation countless times. It's actually unfortunately more common than you might think. We don't 'always' know when we roll over in our sleep. Even if you wake up, you'd still be groggy enough to have an oops moment.

I don't normally sleep with him. He's mad at me now and I got bit again. I put him to bed for the night. The past few weeks he hasn't wanted to sleep in his cage. I meant to put him up last night but it got late and I accidentally fell asleep.

As said, please, no sharing of your bed with your baby! Just this past year has left several folks on this forum heartbroken! I know my JoJo, during our morning routine, loves to crawl under, around and over everything on my bed. She tunnels into everything, and this could so easily lead into a very bad situation!

My most recent bite from my most bonded one it happens! He thought the evil napkin was going to eat one of us if he didn't act.
