Jefferson has Opinions! - watch him hover

A year ago, Jefferson could not differentiate tv from reality. A year ago, I would not watch any videos of birds (much less budgies!) because Jefferson would try to climb behind the tv looking for them.

A year later, Jefferson has some vague comprehension that videos are not really in the room with us. I've started running youtube videos of budgie flocks on internet-tv. Here's his response:

Too funny! They certainly can see flat screen tvs. Salty walks up to the screen on my tablet and starts talking to the bird on the screen. "Are you a bird?" "A pretty bird?" And he introduces himself too.

That's impressive! Noodles would just slam into the TV if she tried that move LOL! BUT she does have strong opinions about people/animals on camera- she sees them and reacts even if she can't hear them!
