These aren't the best photos of Gus, but these show him being absolutely happy.

This is Gus in macaw heaven!

This first is my favorite, because it looks like he's smiling. It might as well be my entry. He's eating a graham cracker, waving it back and forth with his entire leg, like he's guiding a 747 to the terminal.

This is just for fun - I gave him some paper to rip.

Then I let him have his Xmas basket back.

And he had his way with it.

A b&g! I WANT! I WANT!

well, blue and golds can be sweet and cuddly, but they can also be loud and bitey. If you saw the scar I got from Gus two days ago - I am still learning when "my foot is up" means I want to go and when it means I want to go but I won't be able to help myself from biting you. So I see lots of them in parrot rescue sites. If you ever decide you have time and space and bandaids enough, you will have no trouble finding true B&G love.
