IUCN Red List - New Species Added

I just thought Id share this - some new birds and other animals were added to the red list at the recent meeting in Cancun. I havent read much of it yet but will comment more once I have; for those of you interested here it is:
New bird species and giraffe under threat ? IUCN Red List
