ISO Barraband/Superb Parrot in Canada

I'm looking for a barraband or superb parrot breeder in Canada. Preferably in Ontario. Happy to go on any waitlists or whatnot as well.

Finding any breeder is becoming ever more difficult and will require a very extended search.
There is a large multilevel Mall near the airport in Toronto that had a Pet Store with excellent and well cared for Parrots and other creatures. I would start by asking them who they use or recommend.
