Is this a sign, my Indian Ringneck is going to talk?

I captured this video some minutes ago while I noticed he is becoming noisy. Can someone who owns a talking ringneck, say that my bird is going to talk?

Does sound like it.... the other birdie is cute too.

I've a blue ringneck, just getting his male ring. And he's only been with us 5 mths, learned to wolf whistle and has had a massive moult with lovely feathers in now. Still has some badly cut ones, but hope they'll go next time around.

Sounds like he has the potential to talk, at the end there sounded like hello?? Just keep repeating things you would like him to say and hopefully he might say them clearly back to you although not all indian ringnecks are huge talkers , the ones that do talk usually talk a lot. Have fun growing with him!!
