I am looking for something for my cockatoo to chew - she is eating me out of house and home! Can I dry and braid saw palmetto? Also, I read that sweetgum is safe. Can they have the leaves also? I've been picking those off.
Parrot Pinatas are made with palmetto leaves so yes they are safe and if your any good at Macromae you can make them yourself and fill them with treats and fun stuff to destroy.
