Is my parakeet annoying my Green Cheek?

i recently bought a green cheek from a coworker of mine, i already had a little parakeet, ( both birds are male) They seem to get along pretty well after dominance was established. about a month ago i was able to house them together. my parakeet seems to almost always be around/in my green cheeks face, kissing/feeding and chattering. my green cheek doesn't seem to mind all the attention, i just worry that he might get frustrated eventually

no birds should be housed in the same cage IMO they are intensely territorial, plus with the difference between a budgie and a conure if the conure were to lose their temper that budgie would be at a serious dis-advantage.

I'd get a separate cage and have them next to each other. Only supervised time out is when they should be together
