Is flavored millet safe?

I accident bought the living world orange flavored millet and I am unsure if it is safe. Itā€™s smells extremely artificial, but I donā€™t want to waste it.

I would not feed my parrot anything that was 'flavored', as those are likely chemically flavored, and not natural orange.

I'm sure it's safe but I don't like the smell either, and the birds didn't seem impressed by it.

Iā€™ve bought more but I really donā€™t want to throw out the entire bag!! Is there any way it can be repurposed?

Just put it out if they eat it fine if not oh well. Maybe plant it and get real millet. To be honest I don't know where millet comes from.

My bird doesnā€™t mind the taste at all but I thought it was unsafe for them since artificial flavors r bad

I doubt parrot food companies are putting out poison. I'm sure its safe even if it's lame.
