Hi everyone,
I hope I'm in the right place for this. :white1:
I have a CAG, now 26 years old. I raised him from 2 weeks old chick. He kept being pushed out of a crowded nest.
I use to breed parakets, cockatiels, love birds, finches many years ago.
I also have experience raising and rehabilitating wild birds. I've helped, blue birds, cardinals, titmouse, finches, brown Thrashers, and black birds so far.

Not sure, but I think I've been here years ago, Idk...
Thank you all for the warm welcome here. 😁

Welcome! Glad you are here - looking forward to hearing more about your CAG and the rehabbing experience :)

Welcome to you and your CAG, thanks for your efforts on behalf of birds.

Welcome to you and yours! SE USA! We have a lot of Floridians in here, by chance are you an honorable member of that elite society?

Awesome! Our native birds are in a huge decline! So thank you for your efforts. Do you put out next boxes? The cavity dwelling birds have few places left to raise young. Have you watched the Messenger on Netflix? It's an eye opener, though I wish they would have emphasized planting native plants in backyard as well as nestboxs.
;)
Welcome! Want to see pictures of your baby!

I'll echo the thank-you for helping birds. Wow, what a resume! I'll look forward to hearing some of your good stories.

What a great long-term relationship you're having with your darling bird. I have enjoyed my little demon's company for decades, too!

Meanwhile, I'm glad you're here.
