Introducing my new Granddaughter;)

I'm so excited to introduce Jordyn Alaina, the newest member of our family
She is my daughter's first child and arrived yesterday!
She weighed in at 8 pounds and is 20.5 inches long

Thank you! It is an amazing feeling I still remember the awe form my first Grandbaby, and he turned 18 last November...that feeling never gets old!

I am so not handy, the hospital gave it to her..the ones Brittany brought were too small for an 8 pound baby

That photo took me back about 19 years. That's about how big my daughter was when she was born.

Grandchildren won't be that far off for me either. Probably sometime in the next decade. My sister's daughter is expecting at the moment, so she gets the first grandkid this year!

On the downside - OMG! GRANDKIDS! HOW DID I GET THIS OLD?!

It is an awakening to be old enough to have a Grandchild..I had my son when I was VERY young, and he was 19 when his son was born..which made me a Grandma for the first time at 33. I was like...what?!?!
