Info on Parrotlets and Green Cheek Conures?

I already know a lot about both (more about GCC's) But I like Greencheeks and parrotlets. Can anyone tell me whats best and worst about both? Which are more 1 person birds because Id like it to be a family bird, which is cuddlier, which is less expensive, which is better for a beginner etc. Thanks

Also, can anyone tell me if the Pacific parrotlet or Green Rumped is best?
