Indian ring neck - silent

i got an Indian ring neck parrot a few days ago, in the morning it is always trying to escape the cage and when we let it out it always stays at the window and walks around. and it hasn't made any noise. any tips?

sometimes when we it gets on our hand it climbs onto our heads but sometimes it stays on ur hand then jumps off.

Relax. It can take a new parrot a few weeks to settle in. Work at his pace, not yours.
