I'm gonna have a talker on my hands!!

Yes, I think it's funny that Merlin can do things like ringing bells, which I can't do for jack, but that she hardly knows any words. She can do sounds that I can't even come close on, yet words? Not really.

Last week she went totally bonkers over all the bells and buzzes on House when someone started having a seizure. 2 days later guess what I get to hear? Lol!

Yes, I know all too well that phone call conversation , I had a Yellow Nape when I was younger and he said everything under the sun , then some. You could actually swore therew was someone else in the house because of how he talked , it's so amazing :)
When I read the stories about everybody's birds talking , I think of him all the time , what a vocabulary he had , lol.

He he, I guess it only takes once for them to hear something they like. One of the greys at the pet store has a one sided phone conversation. "hello, oh yes! That sounds good. Uh hu, uh hu, ok talk to you later bye" funny funny funny. I watched one on youtube the other day that does and entire comedic act.

One of my girlfriends had a maroon-bellied conure that did that it was pretty funny.

That is so cool that he's picking that stuff up real quick. Jasper mutters and grumbles alot but hasn't sounded much like words. Now whistles are another story. He's really good at repeating whistles. I was playing one of my on-line games last night and we have an in-game chat. I opened the mic and then one of the guys was whistling and he would repeat it back almost exactly.

A couple or three weeks before they came home one of the little babies was talking already! She said "whatup" and was learning "peek-a-boo" from the store's macaw. Here's to hoping you have a brilliant young talker!

Any idea when the dna results are due back?
Should know by the end of this week.

That's awesome! Our Cody has been kissing for a few days now and has been mumbling some stuff we couldn't understand. Today plain as day when he was trying to get my wifes attention he blurted out "pretty boy" plain as day...lol.
