Budgies are like potato chips.... you can never just have one... or even five! She's on hold in the pet store and I'm picking her up Monday!
Quarantine cage is set up and parents have been subdued .
Here she is!

PS: Got an awesome deal while I was at the pet store... a large rope perch in the dog section ( $7 ) that would go for about $20-$40 in the bird section . I paid it off with some of the $50 I have earned bird sitting.

Very pretty keet. I see them sometimes in the pet store and marvel at the colorations. There is a breeder near me who said that her hand fed keets are back ordered. People want the ones that are not from a pet store. How many keets can you put in a cage to live together safely??

Thank you! I'll need help with a name! My large cage could comfortably fit 8-10 budgies. Any more than that would get a bit uncomfortable. There aren't many breeders near me, only about two, and even then one of them only breeds show budgies. They are hard to track down here, I try to net them at the annual bird fair lol.
