I was Las Vegas for a week! From November 6th til November 13th.
Here is a list of things I did.

November 6th, we arrived in Vegas a little before midnight.
7th, explored the Vegas Strip, saw cirque du soleil mystere,*9:30 show.
8th, Grand Canyon all day.
9th, did some shopping*and more exploring, did the high roller.
10th, horseback riding in the morning, saw the mentalist, 7:30*show.
11th. Discovered that we could use Uber to get around instead of walking, did Shark reef aquarium and Titanic exhibit.
12th, I was ill, but my mom went to see the Hoover dam in the morning, and blue man group, 9:30 show.
13th, we did some*shopping before our flight left at 4:36

We didn't get back home until around 12 or 12:30 on November 14th.

My siblings didn't follow the care instructions for my pets, they all survived and are now back on their proper diet.

Here are some photos from the vacation.

Sounds exciting! Vegas is an amazing city, more than you can possibly do in a week. Can feel overwhelming unless you pace yourself.

A really cool museum on the north side of the Strip is the Mob Museum. Also interesting is the Atomic Energy museum, and for outdoors, Valley of Fire.

I'm sure you'll go back again!

There was only one problem I had with Vegas, and that was the smoking. Almost everyone there smokes and the smell was everywhere. It upset my asthma.

I really do plan on going back sometime I want to see the inside of Hoover dam.

We were planning on going to the Mob museum, we just didn't have the time.

Ugh, the smoking for sure. Some areas are smoke-free, but the congestion makes it impossible to totally avoid. I can spot cigar aroma outdoors a mile away!

The innards of Hoover Dam are spectacular. The entire project ought to be one of the engineering marvels of the planet.

During the early 1950s, above-ground nuclear tests were routine at a site well north of the city. Folks would watch the plume from tall buildings.

Next time, definitely see the Mob Museum. Interestingly, it occupies the entire innards of the former Federal Courthouse where many of the mobsters were prosecuted. Former mayor Oscar Goodman represented several as defense attorney! When Oscar was termed-out, his wife Carolyn became and is currently mayor. Plenty to see, some of it rather grisly, including an electric-chair replica!
