I literally felt sick when I realized that was supposed to be a red female eclectus. That is so far from what she should look like it's a flippin' Greek tragedy 
That poor bird, how can they do that to her??? I can't believe they haven't been called out for that by someone who knows what they should look like under normal health circumstances.
