Thankyou by the way congrats on your future GW as well. My wife would love your female Ekkie. Your macaw is stunning! Its funny you mentioned that you have known a 34 yr old YN since I am only 35 yrs, lol. Right now I am debating if I should go with a parrot tower or a java tree stand. I saw a real nice one over @ Kings Cages website on sale for $420. I held a GW before and they are sooo beautiful. When they flap their wings it feels so cool like someone just turned on a huge fan, lol. Peace be to you.

The YN I know is a personal bird of the lady who owns a small pet shop in my area. She got him as a 3 yr. old when she first started her shop. She has never sold large parrots, just budgies & such. I have known her & Marco for a long time. He is the resident bird there & will often tell people shopping where to look for bird food. He tells them, "Right there on the shelf".

Miss Leyla Belle is such a diva. She is very opinionated, but she also has the cutest 'little girl' voice & is picking up words really well now. Not sure which you & your YN would enjoy more to play on. My hubby & I make our own play perches for ours. It can be fun making your own, but can be a headache too.
