So me and my girlfriend have a Senegal Parrot. He was pretty tame and could step up and all. But suddenly he bit me (and hard) and even though it did not hurt that bad, i find myself being afraid of bites now. Immediately after the first bite he started flying towards me to bite. All of these doesn't happen with my girlffriend. How can i regain trust? cause i'm sure he is only agressive to me cause i showed fear.

I don't think stepping up with a perch is the solution since he flies to me and even with a perch goes for my hand.

Look up Shunning, the only real solution to biting. Works best when the parrot cannot fly to you and bite you.
