Parrots
Amy a Blue Front 'Zon
Jonesy a Goffins 'Too who had to be rehomed :-(

And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
..for being a braggart! I'm sure a lot of y'all are getting quite tired of my praising this little guy  Cant help it! lol...just like any new parront...errr...I mean PARENT ;) Everyone brags about their kids.

I don't know if he is shy or what. But right now he is on his roof just going on and on..wolf whistle..twittles..his own stuff..but as soon as he see me its clam up time.

I just finished boiling the last of his weaning mix,and like someone mentioned before,I put the remainder in an ice cube tray,so I can just take a "chunk" at a time <great idea, thanks,to whomever suggested it>.
If he doesn't want it,I am sure Amy would nosh on it. I think it was Sail Boat who said 'zons will eat anything..with gusto..or maybe that was Salty?? lol.

LOL... I feel the same... I am going on and on about my new tiel ;)

I would love to see a video of your new tiel...

I am just amazed with how cuddly my new tiel is I was not expecting this... he even lets me pet him under his wings! Breeder must have really handled him a lot or something...

It's completely normal Jim :D keep on posting! Like Scott said, my heart skipped a beat too when I first saw the title.. sounds like something bad happened, thank goodness not lol!

I was wondering there for a second. Keep posting away. We all love talking about our fids, stories and hearing others' stories too.

The 2 great things about this board - the enormous amount of experience and knowledge available to the new parrot owner or the owner who has serious problems with their birds, and the seemingly bottomless thirst for hearing stories about each others babies. Whether bragging about the latest achievement of our charges or asking for support and info when something goes south with our babies, the folks here almost always come through with what's needed or point in the direction to get it. That's why I am still here. So Jim, please post away about BB and Amy , and you others let's keep hearing about Coconut, Mr Biggles, and Skittles, Harry and Sammy and all the other fids that populate the board.
