Hyper-hormonal cockatiel

My 3.5 year old cockatiel has so far, proven to be by far the most hormonal bird I‘ve ever had. He will hump everything consistently, from toys to his metallic food bowl, it doesn’t matter. He gets enough sleep, hasn’t been eating mushy food and yet nothing seems to change and it’s been like… 4-5 months? and it doesn’t seem to be stopping anytime soon either. He was always very friendly and cuddly and now he won’t even let me pet him, and is not afraid to attack anyone he sees. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore, any advice or similar experiences?

From what I have seen Cockatiels don’t really have a breeding season.
I know my Tiels tend to be hormonal all through the year.
None of mine are quite that bad.
Unfortunately I don’t have any recommendations .
