I sent them the e-mail, and just got a reply back today. Here is what it says:
Hello,
Thanks for the mail. I will first of all start by telling you more about the parrots: The parrots are closed bred and will come with shutters certificate, information, care-magazine with the diet sheet, and all the help and advice. The birds are 7 months old as of now making them easy to adapt and learn. The parrots are checked by a vet every time and it has up-to-date veterinary records. They are now ready for caring and loving homes with free parrot cage and toys.
The parrots are of good vocabulary, excellent at voice commands and is great with children and other birds and animals. The parrots were raised with much love and socialization to help you get the best family companions. They are Micro chipped and vet checked, they have taken all shots with closed medical attention. The parrots will come with all certificates and paper works from our vet ranging from Hatched Records, DNA sexed papers, health guarantee etc.
I have just received my new job and the nature of the job does not give me enough time to look after the parrots. That is why I am willing to give the birds away to a good and loving home, if you can promise the best of care for the parrots. Because the birds have been together through out, we will like to give them away as a pair, also because they have been like family members to us, we will charge only $350 and the money is for the two birds ( including the cost of shipping if necessary ). Feel free to ask what ever information you need to know about the birds. I have attached pictures of the birds to this mail, hope they are nice.
So Where are you located and how soon do you want the birds?
Sounds like a typical scam to me. The only thing I found sort of weird is that they attached NINETEEN pictures with it! Usually they only attach 3 or 4 pics that look like stock pictures. These look like actual pictures taken by loving owners... Action shots of the birds playing, on their humans, etc. Hmmm. Still wouldn't be shocked if it was a scam, though.
