Consider lighter clothing or if you are exercising, take a shower prior to having your Parrot on your shoulder.
As stated above, salt is not great for your Parrot, but facial sweat contains very minor amounts and likely not a serious concern at this point. If you continued to allow it, you will regret it, as the Parrot is likely to take this a step further when a skin tab, flake, etc, is found or just plain skin chewing. That invites bitting and I assure you that will not be anywhere near cute.
