When my bird is on my shoulder and I start to sweat he likes to lick it no idea why probably the salty taste
This isn't dangerous to his health is it.

Well, I mean, you don't want them eating salt, so try to keep him from doing that. It is salt...

Okay it's funny he bes on my shoulder and then goes onto my head to lick my face hes so cute but I will stop him from doing it.

I'm sure no damage has been done, I just would discourage it. My bird tries to do the same...sometimes succeeding

Consider lighter clothing or if you are exercising, take a shower prior to having your Parrot on your shoulder.

As stated above, salt is not great for your Parrot, but facial sweat contains very minor amounts and likely not a serious concern at this point. If you continued to allow it, you will regret it, as the Parrot is likely to take this a step further when a skin tab, flake, etc, is found or just plain skin chewing. That invites bitting and I assure you that will not be anywhere near cute.

Oh yes. Noodles is an obsessive scab picker...she's nice about it, but like a doctor who is basically just like, "you aren't going to like it, but it MUST happen."

It is probably one of her most obnoxious habits...pimples, scabs...moles...obsessed.

Came to me like this and wants to do it to everyone she even remotely tolerates-- super awkward for those people lol, as they do not trust her and she sees no reason why she cannot. I didn't start it, but I didn't see a way to stop it really either lol. I push her away, but she is super observant and I forget almost every time that I have a pimple or something...gross.

From her perspective, it's a form of preening/affection/ attention and when people deny her, she does get mildly irritated...not in the moment, but she seems to hold a grudge if "spurned"...just my observation...and she is a U2, so again, not the same entirely, but it's worth considering.

I lived near(ish) to there. West Bengal...so, technically, many hours away by flight, but close on an international scale. Ohh the humidity during monsoon season (at least in WBG) ...not sure if you deal with that or if you are in the mountains/different climate, but things could get gross lol (my sandals molded more than once, because they were outside on the closed porch)..lol-- again, your climate may be totally different depending on what part of Pakistan you are in, but I do know how hot and humid things can get.
