How To Post Pictures.
Posting photos along with your posts on Parrot Forums has never been easier, and is virtually identical whether you are using either a PC or a smartphone
Simply click on the "insert image" icon on the toolbar along the top of the reply box, it's the one that looks like a sunset over the mountains and is outlined in red in the pic below...
There are two options, the first will enable to you upload a picture directly from a computer or a phone - it's blue and has what looks like an upwards arrow indicating that it will enable you to upload from your device. Hover your cursor over that option and the words "upload image" will appear, as per below...
You will then see the "Drop Image (or click here)" pop-up, which allows you to upload an image directly from a photo folder on your computer or stored on your smartphone. To upload the image, click in the "Drop Image" box, and then you can select the image/s of your choice from your files to upload...
Add corresponding text as desired, then just hit the "Post Reply" button at the bottom right of the text box and you're done!
How to post a photo from an external hosting site
Alternatively, the second option is to link an image that you have stored with an external provider. Use the same "insert image" icon, but this time select the "By URL" function (looks like two rings linked together) as shown below...
Go to the service where your photos are stored and copy the image address, either by highlighting and copying it from the address bar, or by right-clicking directly on the image and selecting the "copy image address" option. Then, returning to the reply box here on Parrot Forums, paste the linked address of your image by right-clicking in the pop-up provided ...
As before, hit the "Insert" button, and your picture will appear in the text box.
