Pritti (Cherry-Head Conure) -- Fly in Peace my beautiful boy. Forever I'll love you.
How long do you stay if you have visited a sick fid at the hospital/clinic?
Yesterday I visited with Pritti for 2 hours. It cheered him up, he ate well, and had time out of the incubator. It seemed like I stayed longer than any other visitors.

I'd stay as long as you want lol If it was my fid, I'd stay for about two hours also. Just do what you think is right :)

Ohh, if I could I'd stay as long as opening hours allow me. :) Hate to leave my baby in unfamiliar surroundings. But if my presence caused excitement and he needed rest then I'd think twice about staying late.

So, depends really!

Fortunately, I've not been in that position but I'd stay as long as possible but also would leave, like Mayden said, if it caused too much excitement.
Stay as long as you want to! I know Pritti would much rather have you there than not. Being in hopital is horrid enough, some TLC from mommy can make it easier to bear.
How is he doing, by the way?

I didn't know bird hospitals have "visitation hours." Wow, thanks.

I hated to leave him today. We only got to spend about an hour and 20 minutes together because they close early today, and NO VISITING on Sunday. Waaaahhhhhhhhhhh...lol.
