How much apple, or banana, can be fed?

We feed Lucky as much apple as she wants. She loves to roll apple pieces in her crushed Roudy Bush and then eat the covered apple pieces.

I give her much less banana. I am afraid of too much sugar concentration, also afraid that bananas might constipate her. Banana pieces are about 1/4" square, and only one, or two, a day, and even then, only on occasion.

Is it okay to feed her this way?

Her other foods include brown rice, and corn. I also give her about two sunflower seeds a day, as treats.

We have tried to expand her diet. Unfortunately, there are very few foods she will eat. Corn is the only vegetable she will eat. She will eat nuts, and seeds, but we try to limit that. She will eat quinoa, we give her that sometimes. She will not even eat most fruits, she will not eat grapes, any melon, even pears.

Almost forgot: Lucky will also eat cooked eggs. We only give her cooked eggs a few times a week.

My lovebirds go CRAZY for green foods. Broccoil, SPINACH, even chickweed from the garden

If she likes corn, have you tried other yellow vegetables? What about other vegetables chopped up to about the size of corn or smaller?

What about finely chopping leafy greens and some hard vegetables and mixing it with the quinoa?

What about making a healthy omelet for her to eat if she likes eggs?

If she likes seeds, feed her sprouted seeds instead of dry seeds. Once shes' eating those, then start slowly mixing in finely chopped vegetables into the sprouted seeds. (seeds should be a part of the diet considering she's a small species)

Be creative! :)

Don't give up just because she rejects a food once, too. Birds can change what they like in an instant, so even though she doesn't like a food one day doesn't mean she won't like it the next. Like MonicaMc said, you can also serve foods in different ways, so just keep trying and I'm sure you'll find something she likes. As for the amounts of apple and banana, those are probably fine.
