Now she will try anything we are eating, though red food is best. Green food is worse. Takes a lot of us nibbling a green item before she is willing to try.

Thats funny because my lovebired LOVES green food. If its green he will try it and love it. But absoloutly hates red foo. IF he tries it (meanimg me eating it in front of him and waving in fron of his beak) he would take the tiniest nibble and shake his head several times.
