In the books and lists I've looked at I haven't seen mention of honey as something Parrots can eat. I usually use it for any sweetening. Is it ok?

Honey is actually used in some bird treats. Some people will say that honey is not good for parrots, but some people do cook with it. My a-vet even recommended trying to mix honey into a bird's meds to make it more palatable.
