Local news here in Western Michigan.

Judge will not allow the parrot as a witness or what the parrot stated, since it cannot be proven when or who the parrot hear and than repeated.

The news regarding the parrot has likely run its course since it or what it is saying will not be allowed in Court.

According to the news, the parrot is already with someone that loved/loves him. Long story short, he is with the guy's ex-wife and doing well. If I recall correctly, it was the ex-wife that contacted the Police when the parrot began talking after a short adjust period at her house.
