Hi everyone,
I'm the proud mom of a Peach Faced Lovebird who thinks she is an alarm... and a beautiful if new baby boy Corella, he was a Valentines day gift from my husband. And a charming if spoiled Cockatiel...
I am also the mommy of oh my gosh I can't number them all but we have an entire flock of Lorikeets which come to our yard every day and land all over me, and about 30 Cockatoos and 2 Kookaburra's which just had a baby a few weeks ago and that has now joined my "flock".... And that is just the regulars which stop by to say hello anytime they see me out back... we have other wanders who aren't regulars... and must not forget my little Marvin, he's a magpie who comes every day to sing and warble to me... And he has just discovered the doggie door... trouble to be had in that one I'm sure...
I live in Australia and we have many many wild species of these beautiful birds and for some reason they have all decided that I am a great roost and a valuable source of food... Okay so I spoil the wild birds as much as my own lot but hey what's a mom to do?
I also have a fabulous husband, 3 daughters and 2 sons...
I guess that's about all... New to the site and so far I enjoy it...
