Hi, I'm Gemma. Me and my husband got a blue fronted Amazon 2 weeks ago, Arnie who is 18 weeks old. We're from Manchester, Uk.

We've never had a parrot before, just 2 budgies, Bruce and Duke and a dog Roxie so it's a big difference!

He loves to sing along to the music channels, he loves tickles from his Daddy and destroying any toy you give him within a few days!

I found this site whilst looking for homemade toy ideas so we don't have to keep going back to he pet shop and spending a small fortune on new toys!

Looking forward to seeing new toy ideas, and sharing the kookie things Arnie does with you all

Hi all, Arnie was from a pet shop in Manchester. He was listed as being hand reared but we're not sure how true that is. Like I said we've had him for 2 weeks and he's not any kind of close to coming near us, apart from the head tickles which is progress, we'll just have to keep putting the hard work in I suppose!
