This is a transcript of an actual text conversation I had with the Amazon Customer Service person yesterday, It was too good not to share! Everything you are about to read is absolutely true, the names have been changed to protect the innocent, lol.

Me:Hello - this is a crazy situation, but I hope you can help me. The other day I was watching Season 3 of Downton Abbey, thru Amazon Prime on my lap top. I paused it for a minute to take a phone call, and while I was doing that, my parrot started walking on the keyboard. Long story short, the "Buy Season 3" tab was accidentally clicked on. I tried to retrieve the sale, but wasn't able to. If it had just been one episode that got bought, I would be ok with that, but it was a whole season, and one that I had just finished watching! Is there any way I can get this charge taken away? Except for this incident, I am enjoying Amazon Prime. (as is my parrot, obviously! Please ignore any purchases from her in the future, lol) Thank you for your consideration!
