Hi! I'm a newbie here

Recently, I purchased a Caique Parrot.
We named her Kiwi and she will be 14 weeks old this Friday, January 13th (hope it's not an unlucky 13!).
Kiwi is adapting very well to her new home and every day, she is exploring new boundries and is getting better at executing the aerobics and wild swings Parrots are so good at doing - just makes my bones scream in agony watching some of the wild contortions she gets herself into!

Kiwi shares her home with our two fur kids - Cockapoo Dogs, my dear Hubby and myself in a small rural town in Southern Ontario, Canada.

I am hoping to learn all sorts of wonderful tips, how to's and of course share some of Kiwi's antics.

They don't all hop? I've seen so many videos, I thought it was a species trait.
