Hi I am new here and a new mom to two baby tiels my pr had. I pulled them at 14 days and have been hand feeding them as Dad attacked the Lutino and was pulling her feathers out. i was planning on pulling to handfeed just hadn't gotten my nerve up yet to do it fulltime as this is my first time hand raising. here they are 19 and 20 days old their first time trying millet. i KNOW the Lutino is a girl but not sure about the other yet. Happy to have found you guys and look forward to getting to know you all.

They are adorable. I have never had tiels but a good friend of mine did and hers was very sweet. I "babysat" for her when she was on a trip. Only baby birds i ever hand fed were tiels too. I LOVED the experience. Good luck with your babies! They are lovely.

Thank you yes Penelope is a Lutino pearl beautiful markings. the other we named Riley I think is male so he may lose his beautiful pearling... These are their parents Frosty and Annie

Annie is duck-butt!

Frosty appears to be a pearl pied whiteface (split lutino) and Annie pearl, so I can see why Rylie's sex is unknown!

yeah she is a duck butt but now has one feather back in which is even funnier looking. I "think" Riley is a male. No spots under wings and just his demeanor and body shape. Its funny cause he is colored like mom but built more like dad and Penelope of course is her own color but built like Mom for sure. Much bigger in the chest area. It would be nice to know so I will probably have him sexed.

I tried to place them in a cage today as they are getting so playful and even picking at things but they were not having that yet. LOL they cried for Mommy to come get them immediately. I know its way early but I thought I would try as it seems I would get bored stuck in the box most of the day except for the hour or so around each feeding time.
