Hi all .. Thought I would introduce myself seeing as there is a forum for it
My name is Suzi .. I'm 39 with 2 kids and very new to the bird scene..
I had my dearly missed cockatiel 'Polly' who I hand reared from 2.5 weeks but at 8 months of age she became ill and altho the vets did what they could unfortunately she didn't make it. I think about her everyday. Since her passing I have taken on a rainbow lorikeet who I have named Raynee .. I am looking to get more birds and am available should anyone need to re-home birds in my vicinity.
Ultimately tho I want to be a bird woman .. Love cats but bird woman suits me better
I look forward to gaining knowledge from this site and hearing all of your stories about your feathered friends.
