Help with training w/treats😊

Hi,
We recently added to our family a Pineapple Green Cheek Conure. She's on a veggie pellet diet....... ( before us she was on a seed and pellet)
Anyway, when I want to train for 2 or 3 mins with treats. She goes NUTS! I can't even get the treats because if she knows there wherever .... She's right there climbing down up around etc.
Do you think I should try a one second training session? Or should I try and find something she's interested in but not to the extent of waffle wet seeds?
Anyway any input will be greatly appreciated.

Try another reward, scritch, toy, etc? That she would want?
Or just a less rewarding treat. Try safflower seeds. They have a lower fat content and birds don't like them as much, but still will work for it as a reward.

Thanks foxgloveparrot! I'll try a toy or something. Maybe I just have to go slower.
I've been giving her safflower seeds she loves those as much as anything
