Help!! White tip on conures tail feather

I recently noticed Pepper, my 3 month old green cheeked conure has this triangle looking white tip on his tail. I looked everywhere but I cant find what it might be, does anyone know?

What an odd discolouration!! I wouldn't worry so much for such an extremely young bird, especially if it's the one and only feather that has such discolouration. Was it like that when you got him or it got a white spotch just recently? I'd wait till next moulting and see if same white discolouration appears on newly grown feathers.

The picture is quite blurry, can you try getting us a sharper picture?
