Alright I will remember if I'm gonna be in any fast food place I'm going to get a cup for him, should I let him out from his cage or its too early?

Waiting for Tman to share some more goid advice!! Many people have struggles abd there lots if ways to help. Plus I'm going to copy paste it to the guy with tge new quaker who's fearful

It's been a few days so you should be at a point when your parrot sees the millet and you put it on the far end of the perch, he should come up and take a bite.
Once again
Be calm
Relax
Go slow
Watch your body language and soft voice.
Once again the night before pull his food. We know your ready, to train, by pulling the food he will be ready.
Now when you start in the morning make sure you have everything ready. Treats, chair to sit on. Your wide awake and ready to go. Once you get settled in the chair and you go to open the cage door reassure your parrot nice and softly put your hand in the cage with the treat and leave your hand at the bottom of the cage for a minute. Look at your parrot wait for him to settle down and then slowly go up the the far side of the perch keep still and wait, once he moves over to take a bite tell him good bird. Now slowly move your hand back down to the bottom of the cage. Wait a second and this time we are going to move closer to him but only about an inch. And again wait watch his response, when he comes over takes a bite move your hand back down to bottom of cage. Wait minute and do it again at the same spot you were at. This time when he takes a bite slowly move your hand back aways and let him come up to the millet.
He takes bite move back a bit more. If he moves up takes a bite move the millet to the end of the perch. When he comes up to take a bite keep talking to him.
Let him take a couple of bites and move your hand down to the bottom of the cage. Wait a minute and go back up to about 3 inches away from him. Let him take a bite, and move back take a bite, move back some more. Until your at the end of the perch again. Once he takes a bite move your hand down to the bottom of the cage. Pull your hand out close the door and wait about an hour. And do it all over again.

Now let's look at what has happened so far.
We were able to put our hand in the cage
Put our hand on the perch with a treat.
Our parrot is focused on us and the treat.
Were able to move a little close to him.
Able to move back and have him follow our hand.
This is what were looking for we want him to follow us were our hand goes. We want him to focus on us.
And we need to make sure we focus on his body language. After the hr one more training session and feed him and wait till tomorrow. And start over.

Now that we have our parrot taking treats from our hand and moving across the perch to get the treats we will add to this.
Again I say this for right now always start with step one
Get yourself setup right body language.
Right frame of mind.
Relax. Your chair, treats. Food for parrot was pulled the night before.
Next you want to go slow
Open the cage move your had in with the treat wait a few seconds. Watch your parrots body language wait for him to settle in move up to his perch have take a bite move to the end of the perch and let him take another bite.
Now move your hand down back to the cage floor.
This is where we need patience a lot of patience.
You what to find the next closest perch to the one your parrots on. Slowly move your hand to that perch. And wait all the while watch your parrot, see if he starts to do the I'm thinking dance. You really need to relax and not rush. We need to give our parrot plenty of time to make up his mind as to what he's going to do. After 2 minutes and I do mean 2 minutes. Slowly go up to is perch give him a treat just one bite. And Slowly move back to the other perch. Don't worry your parrot see your hand and the treat. Take a deep breath and wait this time take the treat with your thumb and finger and move the millet around a little. But wait give him five minutes if you have to. I really doubt it will be that long. Once he moves down and takes a bite. Move to the very end of the perch and let him take a bite.
After that make sure you are taking to him and telling him what and amazing parrot he is. Slowly pull your hand back out of the cage close the door. Get up and get a Coke. While your in the kitchen having your coke jump up and down and get all the excitement out of you.
Then go back to your parrot and do it all over again.
I told you to get a Coke because I didn't want you to be so excited you start to rush. It's a big deal for you and it's a big deal to him. By moving away from a minute wil help both of you to clam down.
After you do it once more and he comes to get the treat wait an hr and do it again.
Just a note
If our parrot is still on the lower perch then give him a bite and then move your hand up to the other perch and wait there.

Now for some more fun.
This lesson we are going to take are millet and make the peice smaller. Keep enough of a peice you can hold on to it but only have about a half of an inch sticking out from your fingers. What this lesson will do is show use he is willing to get really close to our hand.
After a few times of doing this we are going to go to the next level. We are going to ask him to touch our finger.

I realize it is slow. You may think your not getting anywhere so I put a picture here to show you what you are working for.
Axel is my galah Him and I have.be together for close to seven years. He is on his back I can take him and toss.him like a ball back forth for my hands and he will just stay like this.

Having our parrot touching our finger. I say finger not fingers because if he just touches our finger that will be great. For this lesson we need to fix the cage a little.
In the evening before we start training put a perch on the left side at the bottom of the cage right by the left corner bottom of the door.
You can see the picture.
And don't forget to pull the food.
Now in the morning start by going over what he has learned give him a treat at his perch have him follow your hand to the end of the perch once he has do this, take your right hand and put it down on the perch just like in the picture. Do not move your hand. It needs to remain very still. We are going to let your parrot think it's part of the perch. Once he get on the perch with your hand on talk to him, take your thumb and move the millet a little. Once you have done this stop moving. As he comes up all he has to do is touch our finger. If he touches our finger and pulls it back turn the millet so he can take a bite. If he touches our finger and leaves it there then do not move give him time to move up to get a bite of millet.
If he still just keeps touching your finger then slowly move your finger holding the millet and see if you can give him a bite without moving to much.
If he moves because you moved its ok give him a biteand slowly move your hand back in position.
This perch we are going to be working with for up to two weeks. Just so you know.

I got my cockatiel like 4 or 5 months ago and he was in the kitchen the whole time now 4 days ago I moved him to my bedroom. And I want to tame him i sat close to him and I was reading him a book and my problem is that its my first time trying to tame him is it too late? I got him from an petstore and when I put my hand inside the cage he tries to bite me also he hisses at me I tried to give him some treats from my hand and he just does the same thing I'm new to this I would love some help from experts thank you for the help.
Taming a bird needs time and tons of patience and also depends on the birds temperament. You should spend as much time as you can with him - speaking to him, whistling, or simply being around him. Once he gets comfortable around you, you can slowly start offering him treats (millet spray, fruit). At first, it's most likely he will chicken out and the treat stays untouched. Don't panic and try again in a while, eventually he'll start examining the treat with his tongue and try to take a bite. Once he's fully comfortable with eating from your hand, you can start handtaming him. Simply hold a treat infront of him and tell him to step up. It's gonna take a while, but once the bird decides he wants the treat, he'll slowly try to step on your finger.Once he does that, reward him with a treat and kind words, he's soon goin to realize you aren't a threat to him and step up without any problems.
After your bird is fully handtamed, you can give him scritches, perch him on your shoulder and play with him, just don't freak out if he bites you - it happens, birds sometimes do that when you move way too fast towards them or do any kind of rapid movements around them - they are a prey for most animals and their instincts tell them to do so, that's why handling your bird gently and slowly is important.
Hope this helps, good luck with your birb :yellow1:

Now we have our parrot touching our finger. Now we want our parrot to walk across the back of all our fingers. (The reason we use the back of our fingers it looks more like part of the perch)
By using our opened hand side it looks more like we are going to grab our parrot. And when we start to move our finger will go towards our parrot. And we want our fingers to move away from him for now.
We just want him to get use to sitting on our hand while we raise up our hand.
Treat ready put your hand in the cage position your hand on the perch, talk to him letting him know how great he's doing. And wait for him to come over and get a treat

Once he's on our hand having a treat what you want to dois keep your plan on the perch. On just move your fingers straight so they are sticking straight.
Make sure when you move your fingers it's the las three. You still want to hold on to the.treat.
Once you straighten out your fingers close them back up.
We just want our parrot to get.use to the movement.
Now if our parrot moves off are hand . Close are hand back up, wait for our parrot to come over on this time only move your fingers part way. And close let him continue to pick at the millet. If he doesn't move open up your hand part way again and close. If he doesn't move you want to let him take a.few more bites and then end the session. Just slowly move your hand till he hops on the perch take your hand out of the cage. And wait an hr.
Let tell you why an hr.
We have been giving him treats and filling up his crop,
So by waiting an hr the treats in his crop will move to his gut. And we should have an empty crop to work with.
After an hr do the session again .
