Around 3 hours ago (right now its 00:14 here so i cant go to a vet) one of my female budgies started to show some strange symptoms, when she sneezes and sometimes when she breaths a weird sound comes out (like a hiss) and she's breathing with trouble, similar when the bird is in a hot place (which isnt the case). She (and another female budgie) have a specific strange behavior that rarely happens (like once in 2 months) of randomly sneezing a lot of times consecutively with that sound i mentioned earlier, for a few seconds and then they stop and are back to normal, but now its different, the symptoms are similar, less intense but its taking longer to stop. Shes sleeping right now but when i get closer to the cage i can see her wings moving a bit and a low sound coming from her sometimes, is there something i can do right now?

You should go to vet now. But if u think bird is sick and should isolate the bird from other healthy birds to keep from spreading.

Good advice above.

If you need a second opinion or more help...
Certified Avian Vets
If none are near you...
Avian Veterinarians
In my opinion, any of the vets listed here should be better than a regular vet.
International contacts, too.
If none are near you, maybe you could call and ask for a recommendation for somebody in your area.
And... sometimes, distant vets will offer brief thoughts or advice...
Or... sometimes I find a place to start just by Googling "avian veterinarian near ((your location))"

If it's involving Trouble to breathe, that's Always a Case for an emergency vet Visit
How is your bird now?
She's much better now! I went to the vet as soon as i could in the next day, after giving the medicines that my vet prescribed she already woke up a lot better in the day after, and now she's almost 100%, just a bit hoarse
