Help disappearing thread

Hi,
The person with the ringneck in the Avairy with the female laying eggs in a hole. She posted this morning she needs help a d were is her thread going. I went to answer her a d the thread was gone!!! So I'm not sure what happened or how it's recovered do she can get help ok see it was taken care of and fast!
