Hello everyone, I am new to the forum and am currently thinking of adopting a conure, I have found a green cheek conure and a black capped conure in need of a good home. Im very excited as this will be my first adoption as well as my second bird since the death of my conure a year ago. I hope to get to know some fellow flock members and gain information along the way! talk to you all soon~

Green-cheeked conures and Black-capped conures are great birds, they are known to be some of the quietest of the conures. Really, the whole Pyrrhura family consists of quieter conures than the Aratinga family, which is more closely related to the chatty macaws.

Be sure to read up as much as possible before any new addition to the family. There's a lot of important information out there.
