I hardly use my mobile phone (still have a landline, so this one is for emergencies/ festivals only) but Japie will steal it every chance he gets and actually flies away with it!
Un(?)fortunately he cannot land with it (after a decade or so, might have been two, stuck in a cage he is not the worlds best flyer), so the phone usually ends up in pieces on the floor ...


So no...its not about "you have this near you face a lot so it must be interesting" in this household.

Conure proof is by far a totally different league than mere bullet-proof, so no wonder here

I often wish that one of my birds or my dogs will do this to my cellphone, that I'll walk in my house and find it in pieces, and then I'll have an excuse to get a couple of weeks of my anonymity back, and also my ability to hide and have a moment or two where no one in the world will no where I am, while I wait for my new phone to ship...

Of course they would rather chew-up something that is rare, important to me, and that can't be replaced with a couple of clicks of the mouse...
