Thanks. He does say more than just "hello" but he'll never seem to do so when the camera is on him .

Thanks Wendy . He has several voice tones he likes to use. One of them is an imitation of my voice; the others are mostly higher in pitch. I'll continue trying to capture him saying some of his phrases. He's really camera shy though.

I've got one of those myself. Never seem to be able to capture him doing something silly, or record him as he's going through his repertoir. He spots the camcorder and a magical stop button is pushed on him.

My birds are all babies. My CAG is 6 1/2 months and has said hello and hi but that was about all until I was watching tv with my husband. Our cat jumped up and laid down beside me so I was petting both my cat and CAG. My husband looked at me and said "weirdo" and guess what, yep my CAG looked at me and said the same thing. I couldn't stop laughing! After all the talking I've done my husband says one thing and that's what gets said. Go figure.
