Hi there!!!!! Today's my first day!!! Wahooo!! I was supposed to go see my breeder today and meet a baby eclectus male today but my bank hand other ideas! Debit cards are down across the province for my particular bank so no road tripping for me! So instead, I took the time to finally register officially after a long time of reading your threads as a visitor. So the plan was originally that I was to come and meet the baby today get him somewhat used to me and me to him, then nextweek if all went well bring him home. So thats been paused for another week but thats ok my breeder understood my apprehension about traveling 4 hours there and back with minimal cash and no access to more via debit eeeeeeerk!!! I havent officially met her yet either yet but from our phone conversation and how she handled this set back Im fairly confident she's going to be a great resource (just like you guys) in the future if I should run into any problems.
ANYWAY, I'm Daniel, I'm 34 single I dont currently have any birds. Growing up our household had a lorikeet, an alexandrian, lovebirds my mother hand raised and a green quaker. This ecletus will be my first bird in 10 years and Im super excited. Hopefully I get to know some of you and make some friends! :30:
