Hello everyone! My name is Jamie, and I have a three year old quaker parrot named Gary. I got him when he was just a baby, so we've bonded really well together. He has been having some issues that I've been trying to solve that have been going since last summer.

I'm a college student and Gary and myself still live at home. He absolutely loves sun flower seeds and strawberries. The past few moths I've been starting to switch over to the all organic and homemade toys, snacks and food. I would greatly appreciate any tips, recipes or anything that you guys would like to share!
