Well.. I got in to owning parakeets and let people know that is they needed new homes for the parakeet's I would take them in. Well since that I have acquired parakeets love birds diamond doves a cockatiel with a deformed beak having an underbite and a ringneck parakeet so I stay pretty busy taking care of all the birds 26 and all I am building outdoor aviaries for all of them except for the cockatiel and the ring neck who will be my personal indoor pets. Have lots of experience with parakeets and lovebirds and even owned a cockatiels when I was a kid but the deformity is something new and owning a ringneck is all so new so I thought this site might give me some pointers on individual qualities in the Ringneck breed and cockatiel with a deformed beak. Hello & welcome. I love the southern Oregon area. I will be visiting G.P. in just a couple of weeks. Do you know of any good avian pet shops in the area?
If I could I would take one or two of my Fids with me but a 12 hour drive might be/would be stressful for them.
